Q: How do I get access to a course?

A: First you need to register on our training page, afterwards select the course you would like to purchase & enrol yourself on.

Q: I have already sat one course, can I sit another?

A: Yes, all you need to do is to log in using your account details & select the course you would like to sit, enrol yourself onto the course & you will be active.

Q: Does it cost to register online?

A: No, registration is free; enrolling onto each course is chargeable.

Q: Someone registered on my behalf / I can’t remember my password, what can I do?

A: Email training@seaward.co.uk or call 0191 5874954, you will need to provide us with the original log in / user details & a password can be provided.

Q: This course was purchased by someone other than me, but I will be sitting the exam, what will my certificate say?

A: The Certificate will say the name of the registered user. If this is not the person who is sitting the exam, the delegate taking the exam must go into the user account & edit the contact details accordingly.

Q: Can I re sit my exam to get a higher grade?

A: Yes, all exams can be re sat however once you have passed the exam & your certificate has been printed you cannot get a higher graded certificate.

Q: How long are the training videos valid for?

A: Training videos are live for 12 months after the date of purchase.

Q: I can’t view the video!

A: Contact your IT department / check your security settings & ensure flash player is enabled (you may also require access to pop ups at some point in the course).

Q: What is the pass rate?

A: The pass rate on our courses is 80% this is per exam module.
